Have a problem with an item on your order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a product refund.
Please email email@example.com to discuss your return.
Please send tracking info for return to firstname.lastname@example.org. After your return is received inspected, we will send you confirmation that we have received the returned item. After which, please allow up to 10 business days for your payment method to be refunded.
Guidelines for returns:
- You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- Products damaged from misuse or mishandling will not be refunded.
- Product must be in "like new" condition.
- Manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost to customer.
- Custom orders are not refundable.
- Refunds are only available in the first 30 days after purchase.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Previous shipping costs are not refundable.
